I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of beautiful Bratislava. The dining experience was satisfactory, although I wished for a bit more variety. Overall, a great value for money.

The rooms were very comfortable with an excellent walk-in shower and a nice terrace. Only downside was the blanket in the wardrobe.

The customer service was top-notch both at the reception desk and in the dining room. The front desk clerk was especially helpful.
